The Agrifood Partnership of Central Greece (APCG) is a non-profit organization serving the strategic goals of validation and promotion, across domestic as well as foreign markets, of the agrifood products which are produced within the Region of Central Greece. The company offers a wide range of supportive services to businesses of the primary and secondary agrifood sector of the Region of Central Greece. APCG is a joint venture between public and private institutions. The organization has a diverse members base consisting of municipalities, chambers of commerce, research institutions, agricultural cooperatives, as well as private enterprises from the primary and secondary agrifood sectors of Central Greece. APCG serves a wide range of goals exclusively aiming for the public benefit, with the ultimate beneficiaries being the regions agrifood producers, processors, as well as businesses operating In the tertiary sector of the F&B industry, such as the HORECA sub-sector. APCG's strategic goals are to a) increase the awareness of locally produced agrifood products, b) promote and disseminate the local as well as the Mediterranean diet, c) validate and promote Central Greek baskets of goods, d) bridge the gap between producers and consumers, e) encourage and inspire our producers in order to become extroversive, f) Create synergies amongst the agrifood, tourism, and catering sectors. APCG's vision is to create a window of knowledge through which the global F&B market can explore and discover the exceptional agrifood products the blessed land of Central Greece has to offer, as well as to elevate these agrifood treasures to the highest position in the domain of the global gastronomy. APCG's mission is to fully support the agrifood businesses of the Region of Central Greece, by providing them with all state-of-the-art tools, actions, and technical know-how in order to help them solidify their presence within the globalized F&B market.
