S takovou členskou základnou a širokým působením po celé ČR pomáháme firmám ve 3 hlavních bodech. 1) Zprostředkováváme firmám mladé talenty z celého světa. Různých schopností, dovedností a akademického či pracovního zázemí. Pomáháme s výběrem správného kandidáta, díky naší síti kontaktů po celém světě a následně se staráme o veškeré zařizování, tak aby vešekerý proces stál firmy minimální úsilí a čas. 2) Pomáháme firmám budovat značku ideálního zaměstnavatele mezi studenty vysokých škol v České republice. To vše pomocí jedinečných aktivit a akcí mířených na studenty, kde mají firmy možnost se prezentovat, doručit studentům určité vzdělání a nastínit jak to u nich ve společnosti chodí. AIESEC is the world's largest non-political, independent, not-for-profit youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of young people. Locally, AIESEC in Malaysia empowers youth leadership through various portfolios such as professional internships, community projects, conferences, Byte-sized Leadership Programme and Youth Speak Forum. We hope to develop more young leaders for a united Malaysia. 🤝 We actively engage with our 500-600 membership in 20-25 public and private universities in Malaysia.
