Allies for Children serves as a bold voice for children and youth, propelling their needs to the center of policy discussions. Thats critical, because policy impacts everything from school funding and meal programs to housing and healthcare. Our goal is for our leaders to put children first. To do this work, we build alliances with other advocates and service providers and create a common agendaa set of important policy issues all leaders should prioritize. When we all prioritize children, they learn, grow and thrive. We would love for you to join us. You can learn more about our organization by meeting with the Allies for Children team or visiting our website, which is easy to remember, alliesforchildren.org.
Founded on the principles of inclusion, allyship, and accessibility, Allies in Music Education (AME) is a nonprofit organization focused on ending the further development of inequity, inequality, and injustice through music education. The entire AME team is committed to the belief that learning is a lifelong process and has the power to effect lasting personal and social change. We work towards this mission by providing accessible community music programs to communities and by helping music educators create safe, culturally sustainable, and inclusive learning spaces. AME’s online Resource Center (available nationwide) provides music educators with resources for creating culturally relevant and responsible pedagogy, materials for diversification of curricula, and a variety of other resources based around the principles of inclusion, allyship, and accessibility. AME’s Community Music Center (available in the Greater Lowell area) provides completely accessible community music programs focused on the use of progressive pedagogical techniques; meaning both the use of 21st-century techniques and technology as well as our progressive philosophical approach. It is our intention to establish AME Community Music Centers across the country to bring music education to all.

Alligare started with a single herbicide, developing and marketing a patented product directly to IVM applicators. Today, as a part of the ADAMA Group, Alligare is connected to one of the largest chemical supply chains in the world giving our clients unparalleled access to the chemistry they need. Alligare may be a global leader in IVM, but our regional specialists are boot-on-the-ground local. They have a deep technical understanding of your region - weather, soil conditions, seasonal cycles - and of your particular challenges. They know that demanding situations often require more than one product. In fact, industry wide, we're known for our customized solutions to target specific problems in specific environments. On the business side, we offer transparent, up-front pricing instead of complex programs with tedious tracking and reporting. And, our global reach gives us access to the best active ingredients (AIs) and the best pricing worldwide. With Knowledgeable Technical Experts, a Comprehensive Product Portfolio and Transparent Up-Front Pricing, Alligare Makes Vegetation Management Simple!

Immunotherapy of cancer: The immune system protects the body from attacks by pathogenic microorganisms (e.g. viruses and bacteria) and by cancer cells. Cancer cells usually evade the immune system, for example by producing immunosuppressive substances. Thus, although tumors often contain a large number of immune cells that should be able to attack the cancer cells, they are unable to do so due to the immunosuppression caused by the tumor. With immunotherapy, the ability of the immune system to fight cancer cells is improved in an effective manner, and the defense mechanisms used by the tumor are blocked or weakened. In addition, immune cells capable of destroying the cancer cells will survive in the body and thus protect it from metastases that may arise after treatment has ended. This "vaccination effect" is unique for immunotherapy.
