Une ancienne page Facebook connue, par certains, sous le nom de "Plan appart coloc à Paris"​ (la page avait séduit en quelques semaines près de 53 000 personnes). À mi-chemin entre le réseau social et le site de rencontre, Appartoo propose aux candidats de remplir une fiche de présentation très détaillée (photo, présentation, revenu, garant, recommandation, compte Facebook…). Plus le profil est complet, plus il est attractif pour le futur propriétaire. Car en postulant à une annonce, ce dernier peut examiner la fiche du candidat.
