The Arc of Steuben is a not-for-profit organization that supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities so they realize their goals and dreams and become the best they can be.

Our mission is to enable people of all ages with unique abilities and challenges, using person centered practices, to live as valued, contributing members of the community. Headquartered in Monticello, NY, The Arc Sullivan-Orange Counties employ over 1200 people, supporting more than 3,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities in over 48 program locations and in private family homes throughout Orange & Sullivan Counties, New York. We provides innovative, individualized programs including: evaluation services, preschool for children ages 3-5, school for children aged 5-21 with severe disabilities, adult day services (vocational training, job placement, life skills enhancement, community volunteering, and recreational activities), adult residential services (Homes are each staffed 24/7 providing a family setting and life skills development) and adult support services (clinical services, guardianship, service coordination, and family respite). We also provide medical (Psychiatry), Dental, Podiatry and PT/OT, Speech and Nutrition Services through our Article 16 Clinic.

The Arc of the St. Johns provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We strengthen people with I/DD and their families by providing the opportunity for hope, for growth and for change; the opportunity for everyone to become a valued, contributing member of our community. Arc of Yates is a non-profit service organization for people with developmental disabilities. Founded in 1975 by parents of individuals with developmental disabilities, Arc of Yates began providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Yates County in upstate New York. Today, Arc of Yates serves adults, seniors, and children with disabilities throughout Yates and surrounding counties. Services provided by Arc of Yates include Service Coordination, Community-based Services, Residential Living, Clinical Services, Employment, Habilitation, and Industrial.
