Asiola is Thailand's leading crowdfunding platform. Focused on challenging traditional fundraising initiatives locally, Asiola supports Thai-based ideas that drive creative campaigns through the arts, community causes, events and entrepreneurial-driven initiatives. The platform was launched in December of 2015 and has seen the highest success rates (>50%) of funded campaigns locally (as comparison, Kickstarter and Indiegogo hover around 35% range, and 20% for local crowdfunding platforms) with target funding goals ranging from 100k to 2M baht. Asiola is focused on a reward-driven crowdfunding model, but will be expanding its offering with an equity-driven model in 2H 2016. ASIRT promotes U.S. government involvement in road safety abroad through the efforts of the Congressional Caucus on Global Road Safety, increased technical assistance by U.S. agencies with road safety and injury treatment expertise and the involvement of U.S. embassies in road safety initiatives in host countries.
