Astrum LT s.r.o. is a semiconductor laser production facility. The company initiated a setup of an epitaxial growth facility near Prague, Czech Republic to commercially produce EELs, VCSELs as complete devices. Astrum LT, s.r.o specializes in the production of laser diodes for medical, industrial, automotive, spectroscopy, consumer devices and other photonics-based applications, inspired by 3D sensor, LiDAR, and gesture recognition based on semiconductor laser technology. Astrum LT s.r.o offers custom MOCVD epitaxy and contract R&D, chip fabrication and packaging from small to medium scale.
