Founded in 1907, Aftercare is a not-for-profit organisation delivering programs and services across the mental heath care and disability sectors, and is an NDIS registered provider. With over 50 services throughout Australia, Aftercare provides a full range of programs and services designed to support people who have been experiencing mental health concerns or have intellectual disabilities. By helping our clients avoid unnecessary hospital admission, reduce the risk of homelessness and connecting clients and carers with practical, social and emotional supports they need, we enhance their overall mental health and wellbeing.
