AG FOODS Group a.s. was established in 1990. We are focused on development, production, and distribution of instant drink mixtures. It also relates to the sale and service of mixtures preparation technology for Food Service, Vending, and HoReCa branches. During our commercial activity, we achieved numerous remarkable business successes on markets of Czechia and range of European countries too. Our up-to-date production plant and general office are located in Kosikov near Velka Bites in the Czech Republic. Our customers from Central Europe are cared for by our sister companies in Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland. Products marked with AG FOODS label are also exported to a number of European countries, from Great Britain to Russia. We offer to supply our customers with complete solutions for drink regimes and drink services. We provide solutions for individual needs of very different client groups such as for instance nursery schools, hospitals, state security branches, and drinks machine operators or restaurants and hotels. We stand for all we do and we never put the credit of our company at risk. It does not matter whether we talk about quality of basic materials, permanent control of whole production process, or thorough control of finished products. Sanitary compliance is our object number one. To provide client and relating services through our customer care centre belongs among our preferences too. We are called on to supply drinks and technology, to provide services, to innovate and develop new products and we are going to answer these calls in favour of your, our customers´ satisfaction.

Ag Implements is a family owned agricultural machinery business with its foundations firmly grounded in the eastern wheat-belt of Western Australia. With the demise of 'Carson's of Merredin'​ (part of the Agro Holding group) in 2001, Merredin and surrounding areas were left with no John Deere dealer, nor service for their existing machines. Local farmer and business man, John Nicoletti identified the gap in sales and service in the area and commenced negotiations with John Deere Limited. A commitment was made to establish a new dealership in Merredin - and 'Ag Implements Merredin'​ (AIM) was born. Ag Implements now employs 100 local staff in 6 locations. We service over 30,000 square kilometers in 20 shires and consider ourselves to be long term service providers to rural Western Australia. The management team with John Nicoletti (Owner and Managing Director) and Ross Withers (CEO/ CFO) is committed to innovative and customer drive service to wheat-belt communities, not only in the form of sales and service of John Deere farm equipment, but also in providing training and long term employment in our rural communities.
