Age Action is a charity which promotes positive ageing and better policies and services for older people. Working with, and on behalf of, older people we aim to make Ireland the best place in the world in which to grow older. Getting Started - our Getting Started programme is a learning and awareness programme encouraging older people to use computers and internet. Our goal is promoting digital inclusion and positive ageing by providing opportunities for older people to use computers, internet and mobile phones. We teach people to use the internet, providing a personalised approach with one-to-one tutoring. We always need volunteers to help as tutors on this programme. The Care & Repair Programme carries out minor repairs for older people. It is run by Age Action volunteers and staff in Cork, Dublin and Galway. In addition 34 Community Partners deliver the service throughout the country. The aim of the Programme is to enable older and vulnerable people to remain in their own homes, in their own communities, living as independently as possible, through the improvement of their housing conditions and their level of comfort and security. This service is provided free of charge. As with every other charity we need funds to continue to provide our services. Our Fundraising Department come up with some creative and fun events you can get involved with and support. Our website and facebook page are a great way to see what is going on. Age Concern Hampshire are passionate about supporting people over 50 to live well independently for longer. We use our knowledge and experience to respond to the needs of local people throughout their ageing journey. Our organisation has been providing services to the older community of Hampshire since 1985. The charity currently deliver support at our Care & Wellbeing Centres throughout the county, as well as Help at Home, Information Hub services offering free information, Foot care clinics, Hospital to Home Services, Community Information Volunteers and a variety of other activities. Our family of staff and volunteers come from all walks of life to offer friendship, support and information to our service users.

We are a national centre for Reminiscence Arts and dementia intervention. We are also a vibrant community hub in Blackheath Village, London. Age Exchange made history 40 years ago, as the first organisation in Europe dedicated to reminiscence and intergenerational arts. The charity was founded in Blackheath in 1983 and the reminiscence centre opened in 1987. Age Exchange began life as a theatre company exploring inter-generational reminiscence and storytelling. Local and national funding enabled us to develop reminiscence workshops, training and research. By 1987 we launched our Reminiscence Centre in Blackheath, now our Community Cafe, which was opened by former patron Glenda Jackson. Many projects followed both in the UK and across Europe. Thanks to funding partners Age Exchange relocated our successful reminiscence practice into dementia projects, community outreach, youth theatre and expanded our schools programme. By 1995 we upgraded our infamous Bakehouse Theatre space into a renowned reminiscence arts and training centre. Our Creative Dementia projects run in Blackheath and Lambeth and help support people living with dementia and their carers.

AMMG Offers: Age Management Medicine Certification & Training, Evidence Based Continuing Medical Education Conferences, Online Courses, Publications, Web Media & Membership for Healthcare Professionals. AMMG was created in 2000 in an effort to respond to growing demand for the development and management of moderate size medical conferences, with the demands currently presented by the industry in mind. AMMG events and publications are solely owned and produced by Red River Solutions, which offers clients the business knowledge and experience to deliver a turnkey conference service for individuals, companies and organizations who are dedicated to delivering science-based educational information to physicians and healthcare professionals. Our experience includes multi-year conferences, with multiple exhibit booths, development and production of conference educational programs, conference proceedings and the start-up and production of successful print and online healthcare industry related publications. These years of experience have allowed AMMG to accumulate valuable contacts in both the commercial healthcare industry as well as professionals who are involved in medical practices or scientific and research segments of the medical field. AMMG has developed and continues to maintain favorable relationships with ACCME accredited providers of Continuing Medical Education Credits (CMEs) which includes meeting or exceeding all ACCME requirements as outlined by these providers. The ability to provide a conference offering CME credits results in not only a more ethical meeting but also adds greatly to its success. We also have established valuable working relationships with many of the providers of vital conference services, such as hotels, decorating services, audio/visual contractors, graphic designers, printers, fulfillment houses, web services, insurance agencies, sales personnel and support staff.
