Agility ECC is predominantly owned and entirely operated by National Contracting & Transport Company (NCTC), also a UAE local contractor headquartered in the Emirate of Sharjah, to represent them in their efforts to support the growth of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as it moves forward in achieving the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 Plan.
