Aviation Business Continuity (ABC) was born from the preparations to open London Heathrow Terminal 5. Since 2007, we have grown and developed into the recognised provider for Operational Readiness, Baggage Resilience and system mitigations. With a wealth of experience, our team has unrivalled knowledge of building Standard Operating Plans, Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Analysis, Crisis Interventions, Proving and Training packages. Our CEO Grant Thompson began a career in Aviation at Heathrow in 1991. He identified areas that required support and developed an agile business to provide a flexible resource pool to provide the support as and when needed. ABC has been an integral part of the airport’s growth, we understand its mechanics, and have a diverse and talented structure in place to develop in synergy with Heathrow Airport Ltd. In the Summer of 2020, ABC secured the contract for Baggage Operations at Vancouver Airport (YVR). Against the backdrop of the global pandemic, our team collaborated with our North American partners to provide Baggage Operations designed to exceed the high standards set at Vancouver. Aviation Design Centre (ADC) since inception 1997 has been focusing on Engineering Service on Civil Aviation sector especially general aviation with Approval then from DCAM BCAR E2 A0/0008/01. Now with newly DOA approval DOA/2012/07 , new management couple with renewed optimism, ADC continues to provide continue airworthiness activities and as well as an alternate engineering services provider not limited to general aviation, private owner, airliners and MRO. Ever since with addition of Training Division in ADC during the last quarter of 2011, ADC has been soaring high in offering training in soft skill and aircraft type skill to the NADI group of companies. At the end of second quarter of 2012, ADC began to offer aircraft type training B1 and B2 ( theoretical & practical) for B737, ATR42/72, A320 and so on through strategic alliance with UK ATO 147 company . In 2013 and onward ADC is looking forward to explore more opportunities to enhance more collaborations especially in Design and Engineering and expand market penetration with current arrangement with UK ATO 147 company for regional and global market. Currently, ADC has placed a structured engineer recruitment and training program with strategic Human Capital Development Partnership with Might Meteor. Last but not less, ADC is harnessing its energy in achieving national aspiration via economic transformation program objectives whilst producing high skilled and high income group of engineers.
