Hani her kriz bir fırsat yaratır derler, işte bu kriz de Ebru BAŞARAN, Aykut DİLİBAL, Tayfun ÖZPAK, Cengiz ÖĞRETİR ve Derya BİLGİÇ’in yollarının kesişmesine neden oldu. TMSF’de başlayan bu birliktelik 2005 yılında önce Ebru ve Tayfun’un TE Gayrimenkul Değerlemeyi kurması ile özel Sektöre taşındı. İki arkadaşa 2006 yılında Derya, Cengiz ve Aykut’un katılımı ile Avrupa doğdu. Avrupa daha iki aylık bir bebekken SPK Lisansına kavuştu, emeklemeye başladığı yıllarda ise ISO 9001 belgesine kavuştu ve BDDK tarafından yetkilendirildi. Perpa’da küçük bir ofiste 4 kişi ile başlayan yolculuk bugün Kozyatağı’nda 37, Bursa’da 6, Samsun’ da 1 kişi olmak üzere 44 kadrolu yol arkadaşı ile Anadolu’da ise 43 kentte 60 yol arkadaşı ile devam ediyor. Amacımız Türkiye’nin her noktasında yeni yol arkadaşları bulmak, Türkiye genelinde yayılmış çözüm ortaklarımız ile devam etmek ve aynı başarıyı, uluslararası pazarlarda da göstermektir.
