AWARE è un Think Tank che nasce dall’idea di un gruppo di ragazzi universitari che vogliono mettere in gioco se stessi e le proprie conoscenze. Il percorso di studi di ognuno di noi ci ha permesso di sviluppare delle capacità analitiche, necessarie per comprendere le dinamiche sociali e culturali della realtà in cui viviamo. AWARE vuole contribuire alla definizione del futuro che verrà. Abbiamo individuato, a tal proposito, i due macro-argomenti che meglio rappresentano le chiavi per guidare il futuro del nostro pianeta: - L’evoluzione delle tecnologie e del digitale nelle sue declinazioni (tutto il comparto ICT) - Lo sviluppo sostenibile, basato su tre pilastri: sociale, economico ed ambientale e le imprescindibili relazioni tra essi. L’obiettivo di AWARE è quello di porsi come strumento di analisi delle dinamiche politico-istituzionali, economiche e manageriali e culturali che ruotano attorno alle due macroaree Sostenibilità e Digital & ICT. Attraverso un lavoro di semplificazione, che non scada però nel semplicismo, vogliamo rendere accessibili a tutti tali dinamiche, ponendoci in modo trasversale tra le generazioni del presente e del futuro: vogliamo rivolgerci sia agli adulti sia ai giovani che si confrontano con tematiche nuove e complesse. AWARE vuole, quindi, porre i due temi in questione al centro del dibattito pubblico, incentivare lo scambio di idee, focalizzare l’attenzione sui giovani e la loro sensibilità riguardo questi due ambiti. Consapevoli della difficoltà e della vastità dei concetti di sostenibilità e digitale, vogliamo affrontarli con un approccio il più possibile organico, che ne consideri il legame, favorendo la necessaria diffusione delle tecnologie digitali e, quindi, tenendo conto contemporaneamente del loro impatto ambientale.

AWARE : Archives of Women Artists, Research and Exhibitions est une association loi 1901 à but non lucratif co-fondée en 2014 et dirigée par Camille Morineau. « La grande ambition scientifique d’AWARE est de réécrire l’histoire de l’art de manière paritaire. Il est grand temps de replacer les artistes femmes au même plan que leurs homologues masculins et de faire connaître leurs œuvres. » AWARE travaille à rendre visibles les artistes femmes des XIXe et XXe siècles en produisant et en mettant en ligne sur son site Internet des contenus gratuits et entièrement bilingues français/anglais sur leurs œuvres : notices biographiques, parcours thématiques sur des sujets majeurs de l’histoire de l’art, série animée destinée aux enfants ou encore podcasts offrent ainsi des entrées pour mieux comprendre ou découvrir les vies et les œuvres des artistes femmes. Dans l’objectif de diffuser largement les recherches portant sur les artistes femmes, AWARE organise, en collaboration avec des universités et musées, des colloques, tables rondes et journées d’étude en France et à l’étranger. Elle participe également à différentes foires et biennales dans le monde afin d’accroitre la visibilité et la présence des artistes femmes. Afin de rendre hommage à la fois aux femmes dont la carrière artistique n’a pas été célébrée à sa juste valeur et valoriser la jeune création artistique, les prix AWARE pour les artistes femmes, sont remis chaque année, en partenariat avec le ministère de la Culture. AWARE édite ses propres publications : les événements organisés par l’association, comme les colloques ou journées d’étude, font l’objet d’un ouvrage. Des ressources bibliographiques relatives aux artistes femmes et à l’art féministe sont mises à disposition de tous et toutes. Certaines sont consultables au centre de documentation AWARE à Paris (sur rendez-vous), ou en ligne. Pour l’accompagner dans ses missions, AWARE a mis en place et coordonne deux types de réseaux à travers le monde : TEAM
