O grupo absell foi formado em fevereiro de 2019 por quatro sócios com ampla experiência nos mercados de saúde e beleza, que queriam criar um grupo diferente tanto em produtos quanto em práticas de mercado e sustentabilidade. Dois meses após a fundação, o grupo absell adquiriu suas três primeiras marcas: Fiorenci, L’OISS e St. Louis, que já atuavam no ramo de produtos capilares profissionais há mais de dez anos e tinham um histórico de produtos de alto desempenho e qualidade superiores. Um ano após a fundação, a absell criou uma empresa de vendas online: a Show 10, atuante em canal próprio e nos principais marketplaces do Brasil com produtos próprios da linha varejo e com produtos de parceiros selecionados. No final de 2020 o grupo criou a L’ORGANIC, debutando com uma linha de perfumaria fina que oferece fragrâncias que competem no mesmo nível com as casas de perfumaria fina internacionais. Suas primeiras dez fragrâncias têm tido uma recepção calorosa do mercado, e novas fragrâncias estão a caminho em parceria com perfumistas altamente renomados. Em abril de 2021 a absell fechou uma importante parceria de distribuição especial da linha de dermocosméticos da marca Berry Kiss, aumentando a abrangência de nosso portfólio. A absell criou em setembro de 2021 uma marca exclusiva de varejo: a Aleck, que tem uma linha ampla de cosméticos, produtos capilares e perfumaria. Em maio de 2021 a Aleck lançou o seu primeiro catálogo para venda direta, com tiragem inicial de 5000 unidades e acordo de distribuição com os principais distribuidores do Brasil.
