Das Dienstleistungsspektrum umfasst den Betrieb aller Gastronomieeinheiten und Shops auf dem Frankfurter Messegelände, Bankett- und Eventcatering, Stand-Catering und -Belieferung, Personaldienstleistungen und Equipmentvermietung. Ein Gesamtpaket mit optimalem Service für den Kunden. Basis des operativen Geschäfts ist die Gastronomie auf dem Messegelände Frankfurt. Hier betreibt die Accente in allen Messehallen und auf dem Freigelände Restaurants, Café Bars, Bistros sowie mobile Snack- und Getränkestände. Aktuell sorgen 22 Restaurants für das leibliche Wohl von Messeausstellern und Besuchern. Rund zwei Drittel der Betriebe sind moderne Selbstbedienungsrestaurants, das Spektrum reicht von der trendigen Sushi-Bar über Markthallen-Restaurants bis hin zu Design-Locations wie dem Restaurant „Veranda“ in Halle 11, gestaltet von Stararchitekt Mattheo Thun. Auf dem Frankfurter Messegelände sind sie fast an jeder Ecke für den Besucher da: Café Bars, Bistros, Snackbars und mobile Stände, die für das leibliche Wohl in einer kleinen Pause sorgen. Die Verkaufsgastronomie bietet an über 200 Veranstaltungstagen im Jahr für die unterschiedlichsten Besucherstrukturen in über 50 Café Bars und Bistros ein vielfältiges Sortiment von Sushi bis Panini, von Wasser bis Champagner, von Salat bis Currywurst und von Espresso bis Latte Macchiato.
