Bioelektra Group is a Polish company investing in municipal waste management. We offer a comprehensive solution to the waste problem - recycle all reusable materials from waste and produce a biomass - low calorie fuel and renewable energy source. Our solution is based on the innovative RotoSTERIL technology for recycling municipal waste, which we have created and patented. Our main priority is to introduce the innovative RotoSTERIL technology to the mainstream municipal waste management. Today, the RotoSTERIL technology already meets all the European standards and the requirements of the Minister of Environment on waste management set until 2020 (prohibiting storing of any biodegradable or high-energy waste). Our technology is based on the mechanical and heat processing of waste (MHT). The method is based on a uniquely effective process during which the non-sorted municipal waste is sterilised with steam in RotoSTERIL BEG 7000, the facility we designed. Next, the waste is effectively sorted into individual fractions intended for its further re-use.

BIOEMTECH is a CRO that aims to bridge the gap between ex vivo studies and in vivo molecular imaging, by providing cost effective solutions in terms of instrumentation and services. BIOEMTECH has developed and commercialized the "eyes", the first desktop cameras, suitable for whole body, real time imaging of PET and SPECT isotopes in mice. In addition, BIOEMTECH undertakes full studies for evaluating new compounds in our authorized laboratories that include animal facility, in vitro lab, radiochemistry lab and in vivo imaging with microPET/SPECT/CT and optical imaging. Bioendev has developed a unique torrefaction technology since the company’s start in 2007. Based on the research around torrefaction and gasification at Umeå University in Sweden the company has kept developed an energy- cost-efficient as well as reliable torrefaction technology for maximum yield and product quality. The long-lasting research has resulted in a strong patent portfolio focusing on process control, consisting of seven active patents internationally. Bioendev’s torrefaction technology is also developed from a wide range of feedstock which also makes it possible to produce a highly quality energy product which is not possible for conventional pellet technologies. We have proven the technology in Industrial scale by running the largest torrefaction facility in Scandinavia with a capacity of 16 000 tons/year. The produced biocoal is sold for large industry production tests in Scandinavia and internationally we have now reached a position where the technic is considered to be commercially viable for large industry production. Bioendev delivers the market’s most cost-effective and reliable torrefaction technology for biocoal-production facilities with a capacity in the range of 30-120 kton/year together. We offer retrofits of existing white pellet plants, turnkey greenfield torrefaction plants for commercial productions with EPC partners and process Licenses for Bioendev’s well patented torrefaction technology.

La mission de Bioénergie La Tuque est de développer et de mettre en place toutes les conditions propices pour le développement de la filière des bioénergies sur le territoire de La Tuque, dont la production de biocarburant. Bioénergie La Tuque fait la promotion et le développement du projet de bioraffinerie forestière. Présentement, le projet de bioraffinerie de La Tuque a reçu l'appui d'une grande entreprise européenne spécialisée dans ce domaine qui est intéressée à s'associer au projet. L'équipe de Bioénergie La Tuque travaille fort pour réunir les fonds nécessaires pour réaliser les études technico-économiques qui mèneront à la réalisation de ce projet qui va nécessiter un investissement de 700 millions $ à 1 milliard $, en plus de créer 490 emplois à La Tuque. BELT's mandate is to implement the first large scale wood biorefinery producing "drop-in"​ quality biodiesels based on the large amounts of wood residues from forest harvesting in Québec area 04, so-called La Tuque area.
