The Bondi Surf Bathers’ Life Saving Club is officially recognised as the oldest surf lifesaving club in the world. It is an Australian icon and holds an indelible position in Australian history. The primary objective of surf lifesaving was – and is – to protect the bathers who frequent our beaches through manned patrols and associated services. The Bondi Surf Bathers’ Life Saving Club was established on the 21st February 1907 at the Royal Hotel Bondi Beach by a group of like-minded bathers. The club was responsible for introducing surf lifesaving to Australia and pioneered the famous surf reel and line.

Bondi to Manly Walk Supporters is not for profit incorporated association set up to help establish, promote, and maintain the Bondi to Manly Walk. The Bondi to Manly Walk is a proposal to link all the existing coastal and harbourside walking tracks and paths on public land between Australias two most famous surf beaches, Bondi and Manly in an 80 kilometre walk around the foreshore of Sydney Harbour. Once established the Bondi to Manly Walk has the potential to become a globally recognised multi-day urban walk, and the worlds best harbour walking experiences, a must do for locals, tourists and serious walkers alike. Bonds of Courage is a non-profit organization honoring the courage and commitment of the brave armed service personnel who serve in the military, wherever they are stationed, wherever they are from, in times of both peace and war. Our ability to intervene and solve emerging problems makes a substantial difference in the lives of service members. Veterans and those that are still serving, many times, need help getting access to existing programs that aren’t as simple to access as they should be. CAREER FITNESS AND MENTORING PROGRAM We provide a personalized Career Fitness and Mentoring program allowing participants a professional assessment, review of career options, job search and networking. We recently expanded this successful program to allow participants to work with a career-appropriate mentor. PROVISIONS We provide care packages and letters creating a connection with our active duty troops. Due to the growing needs of our veterans, we expanded this program to provide items to organizations that serve homeless veterans and also residents of our local veteran’s memorial home.
