Dans le domaine de la finance, BOREALIS développe le progiciel CALLISTO, dédié aux gérants de fortune et sociétés financières. Ce progiciel adaptable et évolutif, est développé sur la base des technologies .Net, Visual studio. Il permet : La saisie et le suivi des ordres dune application complète de gestion de fortune La consolidation Lédition du détail des opérations, les éditions comptables, clients et légales Un back office simplifié avec comptabilité intégrée. Borealis Wind offers an innovative Ice Protection System for wind turbines. The system prevents shut downs due to icing by heating the blades to remove ice build up. The system is installed at wind farms across Canada.

Boreas Associates is an ongoing private partnership that started in 2012 with the idea to build a portfolio of long term investments following value-investing techniques. Our team focuses on knowledge and analysis by reviewing in detail books, articles, annual reports and research notes. We follow the Graham-Dodd school of investing while we build our own path as "Intelligent Investors". Our goal for Boreas Associates is to become a portal of information so we can communicate with fellow investors, exchange ideas and let you participate in how we think. Our quarterly Newsletters will be a first step in our path to let investors share our research. As we evolve we aim to build a platform that will offer services to investors following value principles.

Godine 1993. osniva se Boreas, čim je zakonodavstvo postojeće države omogućilo privatno poduzetništvo. Ubrzo nakon toga Boreas razvija posao na tržištima Hrvatske, Bosne i Hercegovine, Srbije, Crne Gore te Njemačke. Prava ekspanzija i velika prekretnica u radu događa se 1995. godine, početkom suradnje s renomiranim svjetskim proizvođačem piva – Heinekenom. 1996. godine Boreas dobiva ekskluzivno zastupništvo Heinekena u BiH, te odmah preuzima vodeću poziciju u segmentu premium piva, koju zadržava i danas. Na temelju odličnih rezultata u BiH, Boreas se 2000. godine izborio za ekskluzivnu distribuciju i na tržištu republike Hrvatske, gdje također postiže izuzetne rezultate. 2003. Heineken kupuje Karlovačku pivovaru, i tada prestaje potreba za distributerom u Hrvatskoj ali se otvara novo područje – distribucija Karlovačkog piva u BiH, s kojim Boreas u vrlo kratkom razdoblju postiže vodeću poziciju u segmentu uvoznih mainstream piva. U 2005. Boreas se vrlo dinamično širi na segment duhana, te sklapa ugovor o ekskluzivnoj distribuciji s najpoznatijim svjetskim proizvođačem duhana – firmom Philip Morris International. Od rujna 2006. godine portofolio se širi sa 25 brandova vrhunskih žestokih pića iz programa Diageo, kao što su Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Baileys, Gordon's, Captain Morgan i mnogi drugi. U 2008. godini, nakon što je Heineken kupio pivovaru Srbiji, počinje suradnja sa Ujedinjenim srpskim pivarama, u početku samo uvozom MB piva, a od 2010. godine Master i Amstel piva. Portfolio je dodatno obogaćen 2019. godine uvođenjem distribucije IQOS proizvoda.
