Bournemouth School for Girls is a 11-16 Grammar School for Girls and Sixth Form With around 1200 girls, including 300 students in the sixth form, BSG is a dynamic and exciting community to work and learn in. We are committed to providing the very best possible pastoral care and education for our pupils, whether in the classroom, on the sports field, in drama and music or in a wide range of extra-curricular activities. We are certainly a highly successful school with examination results at GCSE and A level consistently placing us as one of the top performing state schools in the country. BSMI is a business and marketing specialist school which offers students courses in general English, professional courses in business and marketing related majors. In addition to this BSMI also delivers NVQ Foundation programmes for entry into the first year and the final year of undergraduate university programmes in the UK. BSMI is currently working in partnership with Bournemouth University,Coventry University, AGSB Business School, Switzerland, Digital Marketing Institute, MBA Business School, Gran Canaria and ESM, Tenerife. The school is located in central Bournemouth close to shops, amenities and local transportation. The school is five minutes away from Bournemouths public gardens, golden sandy beaches and many tourist attractions. BSMI is situated on a busy road overlooking the gardens, comprising of two floors including two spacious, well appointed classrooms, with an option of a third classroom being utilized in the future. There is a student work- room comprising four Apple Mac computers. There is also a small kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, which is free of charge for students.
