The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley ("BGCMV) has been serving the needs of area young people since 1994. It is a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a national organization of non-profit, non-sectarian private agencies serving young people in clubs nationwide. BGCMV serves over 600 members at three locations in Moline and Davenport. The Boys & Girls Clubs is a youth development organization that promotes character development and prevents delinquency. This is accomplished through services directed at providing behavioral guidance and the promotion of health, social, educational, vocational and character development of children. Programs and activities are designed to help individual members by stressing health and fitness, citizenship and leadership development, skill development, and educational career development. The Mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs is to enable all young people, especially those that need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County inspire youth to realize their greatness. Since March 2020 and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County's doors have remained open to safely support youth and their families who need us most at our Clubs in Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, (2 locations), Rochester, Tenino, and Yelm. Low membership fees and scholarships have kept the Club accessible to youth who need us most since 2001. Community support from a range of individuals, businesses, and corporations ensure this happens. During everyday operations in pre-COVID conditions, we see a unique cross-section of Thurston County’s nearly 3,000 Club members: 71% are under age 12; 41% identify as people of color; 59% identify as white; 50% qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, and 44% live in single-parent households.

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Alabama has served Tuscaloosa and the 9-county surrounding community for more than 50 years, providing age- and gender-specific after-school and summer programming for children and teens, ages 6-18. The Club opens its doors during critical hours when youth might otherwise be left unsupervised and choose to engage in risky behaviors. Out-of-school hours serve as the essential link between school and home, offering the greatest opportunity to influence the future of our kids and our community. Our affordable membership fees ensure there is a safe place for youth to connect with peers, learn from mentors and develop and strengthen social, emotional and academic skills that will prepare them best for future success.

Founded in 1972, Boys and Girls Clubs of West San Gabriel Valley delivers fun and educational programs each year to over 6,000 youth of Los Angeles County across six club sites: Monterey Park, La Puente, Baldwin Park, Ramona Gardens, Estrada Courts and William Mead. Our clubs provide unique services to the community and public housing sites including STEM sailing, Brent’s Club, and a certified Early Learning Center.

All locations have computer labs available to members, at least one gym, and a game room. Several also have art rooms. We also have an indoor swimming pool at our main location, an athletics complex, and a resident camp to give members the most diverse experiences.
