Baltic Block produces high-quality composite pallet blocks. Composite blocks are manufactured from a blend of recycled wood and virgin wood residues bonded using suitable glue. The finished product replaces traditional pallet blocks made from sawn timber and wood-pulp. Baltic Block is the only factory of this kind in the Baltic region. It is a great benefit for the local pallet manufacturers, as well as for businesses in the neighbor countries, as transport costs are reduced substantially. More and more pallet manufacturers are switching to composite block as they discover the advantages that it offers over its solid block counterpart. Furthermore, the total production cost is significantly lower for manufacturers.
