BraveBodies brings challenging and creative yoga and Pilates to Southampton and Lowford to all willing to make the most of their time on the mat. We work hard on building core strength and control through fluid , integrated movement, while also having fun! BraveBodies also hold monthly workshops in Southsea, Portsmouth.

Various start-ups, scale-ups, and hook-ups have led us to where we are today: a group of over 30 independent technology and service companies. We operate in 11 countries with combined net sales topping 600 million euros. We are not a corporation nor an investor. We are a group of companies defined by bravery – with shared values, methods, and goals – whose skills complement each other. We are a supergroup.

A BraveHearts Expeditions expedition offers you the chance to explore parts of your world you might otherwise never see, to amaze yourself by the things you can do and to get your hands dirty in the name of making the world a better place, one natural environment at a time. BraveHearts Expeditions is an African adventure firm that runs camping, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, cross-country safari and wilderness experiential learning expeditions for individuals and groups of all ages and nationalities in Ghana. Our business is the first startup in Ghana to pursue a green economy where growth in entrepreneurial revenue is driven by business activities that reduce environmental degradation and pollution and prevent the loss of biodiversity and ecosystem services. Working in teams, we develop strong relationships and active processes with our clients, which cultivates a culture of change in Africa and creates a profitable, sustainable business that provides economic opportunity for young people.
