The Bremen Logistics Ambassadors are certified representatives of the state of Bremen, who spread the word about the advantages and strengths of the port and logistics location Bremen / Bremerhaven worldwide as ambassadors on behalf of the BHV (Bremische Hafenvertretung). While all of them have their studies or doctoral thesis in Bremen with a focus on logistics in common, their home countries extend across almost all continents. Every year, there is a new ambassadors class, which goes through a twelve-month training program, parallel to the study / doctoral thesis. At the end of this training, they receive a certificate from Bremen's Senator for Economics, Labor and Ports, which attests to them extensive expertise in the field of the regional logistics industry and officially recognizes them as logistics ambassadors for the Hanseatic city.
