The Brisbane Eye Clinic is a highly regarded and long established, Adult Ophthalmology clinic. We have 2 locations _ Brisbane Central and Aspley Northside. We offer comprehensive ophthalmic services which focus on age related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, cataract, glaucoma, pterygium, neovascular macular degeneration, macular epiretinal membrane and retinal detachment surgery. We have clinical and microsurgical expertise in Cataract Surgery, Retina and Macula Surgery, Glaucoma Drainage Surgery, Ocular Trauma and complex Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy. Emergency Ophthalmic services are available 7 days per week, by request, allowing patients to fast track access to efficient comprehensive treatment for serious eye conditions such as Sudden Vision Loss, Retinal Detachment, Retinal Tear and Retinal Vein Occlusion. We train and supply marine pilots to assist ships visiting the Port of Brisbane. We also provide a common safety system that all pilots working within the Port must adhere to. Our pilots board arriving vessels off Mooloolaba and partner with the ships crews to manage the risks associated with manoeuvring these large vessels in the Port area.
