Welcome to Brock, a high-achieving college set in a 37-acre campus within the beautiful New Forest National Park. We offer a wide range of courses, superb facilities and an exceptional track record for results. Nationally recognised for excellence and innovation in further education attracting around 3,000 Sixth Form students from across the region each year, together with a mix of international students from around the world. The College also offers a broad range of vocational courses for career advancement, skills training, and apprenticeships, together with a variety of leisure courses, and community sports facilities. Higher Education courses have been added to our curriculum.

Our technology businesses: BROCKHAUS MEASUREMENTS is the world-renowned specialist for measuring and testing technology in the field of magnetic materials. Our equipment is used in R&D, incoming goods inspection and quality assurance. With BROCKHAUS ENVIRONMENT we offer our customers in the petrochemical industry full-service solutions for their processes and turnarounds (TAR). Our activated carbon filters eliminate e.g. hydrocarbons from off-gas or wastewater Our materials businesses: In our cold rolling mill at BROCKHAUS STEEL, we manufacture specialty steel strip for demanding applications. Our customers process our cold-rolled strip or modified split strip into parts that are mainly used in the automotive industry. At BROCKHAUS ENVIRONMENT’s recycling business unit, we make an important contribution to the sustainability of the metal industry’s value chain. We offer the most efficient link between the metal working company that is generating production scrap and the steel mill that is requiring scrap as a production input. We create decisive added value for our customers by capitalizing on our expertise that we built up over many years in our specialist and niche markets. Established in 1885 as a spring and axle maker, employing 8 men, John Brockhouse rapidly grew his business, and only 3 years later moved to the 5.5 acre site in Howard Street, West Bromwich, where we are today. In the 130 years that followed the company has flourished to become a key supplier of industrial components to many industries around the globe. Brockhouse has a proven record for supplying quality forging solutions to a wide range markets, including, mining, railways, automotive, off-highway, defence, fluid power, materials handling and general engineering industries.

Brocklesby Ltd are a family owned company, based at North Cave in East Yorkshire. They are recycling specialists of used cooking oil and fatty acids. Brocklesby Ltd, via a close collaborative business style, has developed considerable competence and expertise in these business sectors. Brocklesby Ltd have cultivated strong links with a large number of food manufacturers in the UK and Ireland and provide a bespoke supply chain management service for all their waste vegetable oil streams. this recyclable material is then used as a prime ingredient. Brocklesby Ltd also work closely with the major UK retailers and process their used cooking oil into products primarily for use in the biofuels industry. Brocklesby also procure bio-diesel soap stock and allied products which they manufacture into fatty acids for technical use. The 7 acre North Cave site has 2000mt of bulk storage capacity and works 24 hours, 7 days a week. The site has received considerable capital investment over the last five years and has all the pertinent accreditation and licences to work in all of its chosen market segments. Brocklesby Ltd operates its own fleet of vehicles and is a service orientated business that prides itself in developing long term mutually beneficial partnerships with all of its clients.
