Bulgarian Angels Club (ex-CEO Angels Club) is a group of senior executives and entrepreneurs related to Bulgaria investing their own money in early stage startups in return for equity. Our members make their own investment decisions and they can invest together or individually. They also provide expertise, contacts and pro-active mentorship to increase company value. The Club looks for early stage, normally post-accelerator startups that are highly scalable and that can show us how the company will get to break-even or to a clear meaningful mile stone (e.g.Seed or Series A.Funding) within 12-24 months on the basis of our one-time investment. This typically means smallish teams (2 to 5 people), with serious domain expertise and a product that is either currently in the market or already in beta.

BAIT is the biggest, most representative and influential branch organization in the sphere of ICT in Bulgaria. Established in 1995, presently 100 member companies are enlisted in it with 16 200 ICT specialists working for them who generate 4% of the country's GDP. The Association includes companies in the trend of hardware, software, system integration, networks, telecommunications, Internet suppliers, IoT, Cybersecurity, ERP systems, Game developers etc. In 2015 BAIT celebrated 20 years from the founding. BAIT marked the anniversary by publishing a special edition – “BAIT 20 years”. It is an exciting story about the development of the Bulgarian ICT industry through the eyes of all nine former Chairs of the Managing Board BAIT is a member of DIGITALEUROPE- the most influential European IT association which represents the digital industry in Europe with 63 of the world's largest IT corporations, telecoms and consumer electronics companies, as well as 37 national associations, including BAIT. BAIT is the only representative of Bulgaria in DIGITALEUROPE. Since 2014, BAIT is having a representative in DIGITALEUROPE Managing Board. There are only 2 representatives from Eastern Europe – from Bulgaria and Poland. Through this largest and most influential European ICT association, BAIT is involved directly in the formation and implementation of the European ICT policies and is having a direct contact with the national ICT association from EU. 6 years in a row BAIT grants BAIT AWARDS - the most prestigious industry awards for the contribution to the development of the information and communication technologies known as ICT Oscars. BAIT AWARDS are under the patronage of the President of Republic of Bulgaria who traditionally presents the special award. With this initiative BAIT wants to promote the best practice, projects and excellences in the ICT sector, to show that Bulgarian ICT companies could develop and offer world – class level products and services.

Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry / BBCWFI / is a voluntary non-profit association whose mission is to protect and represent the interests of its members and the industry. BBCWFI is the only official representative of employers in the Furniture, Woodworking, Manufacturing and supply of equipment and materials for the woodworking and furniture sectors. Through its activities BBCWFI contribute to the development and consolidation of sectors furniture and woodworking such as: Providing information on advanced materials, technology, equipment and innovations in the industry; Providing information on the state of international markets and opportunities to establish business relations and cooperation; Providing information on programs to support small and medium enterprises; Provide information on changes in the regulations of the activities in the sector; Conducting specialized seminars, analysis and expertise, roundtables, workshops, training and retraining of human resourcing; Conducting program "Verified Bulgarian Furniture", with several objectives: Raising the prestige of the Bulgarian production; implementation of European directives on working conditions, the environment and background material, reducing the 'gray economy' illegal imports and unfair competitors. Organizing appearances and visits to national and international exhibitions; Business meetings with Bulgarian and foreign partners within the annual international exhibitions organized in cooperation with Inter Expo Center TECHNOMEBEL and World of Furniture.

The Bulgarian Cybersecurity Association's vision entails a highly digitized and cyber-resilient Bulgarian society. In pursuit of our vision, we facilitate processes and create synergies between all the relevant private and public actors. We partner with universities, business organizations, chambers of commerce, public bodies, and think tanks.

Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund (BDIF) is a legal entity, established under the adopted in 1998 Law on Bank Deposit Guarantee. The Fund protects depositors funds in banks up to BGN 196,000 (EUR 100,000), as well as creditors interests in bank bankruptcy proceedings, thus promoting stability of and confidence in the banking system. http://dif.bg/en/

Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) is the holding company for a group of companies which are principally engaged in electricity generation, supply and transmission, natural gas transmission, supply and storage and coal mining. BEH Group holds a leading position in the electricity and gas market in Bulgaria and, through electricity exports, in the Balkans. BEH is wholly owned by the Bulgarian state and is the largest state-owned company in terms of total assets in the country. The rights of ownership of the state are exercised by the Minister of Energy. The Group owns the main electricity generation facilities in the country as well as the electricity transmission grid and the gas transmission and transit networks. The Group is also the public supplier of both electricity and gas in Bulgaria and it is therefore a strategically important state company. The Group's market share of Bulgaria's electricity generation was 59% in 2015 when it had an installed electricity generation capacity of 6.3 GW and generated 29.24 TWh of electricity. BEH or its subsidiaries are participating in five international gas pipeline projects, namely the South Stream pipeline and four interconnection pipeline projects between Bulgaria and Greece, Romania, Serbia and Turkey, respectively, which are at different stages of development.
