BUPL er en fagforening for pædagoger og klubfolk med ca. 57.000 medlemmer. Vores formål er at fremme de bedst mulige betingelser for pædagogernes arbejdsliv og at udvikle pædagogprofessionen. Vi vil påvirke den styrings- og ledelsesmæssige udvikling på børne- og ungeområdet, og skabe de bedst mulige betingelser for udviklingen af det pædagogiske fag. BUPL indgår og administrerer overenskomster på vegne af medlemmerne. Vi indgår også i forhandlinger ved tvister om løn- og ansættelsesforhold, og vi varetager medlemmernes interesser overfor lovgiver, arbejdsgiver og andre relevante parter. BUPL består af 12 lokale fagforeninger, en a-kasse og et forbundskontor, som ligger i København. Som medarbejder på Forbundskontoret er du med til at løfte alle de spændende opgaver, som relaterer sig til ovenstående. På Forbundskontoret er ansat en mangfoldighed af medarbejdere med forskellige uddannelser, erfaringer og kompetencer.
