BECT is a House of Expertise, established in Cairo since 1989 as a limited liability partnership, founded by two partners, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ossama EL HOSSEINY & Prof. Dr. Arch. Omar EL HOSSEINY. Major General Eng. M.E. ABD EL SALAM, who joined BECT in year 2000, is honorary BECT’s Chairman. Bureau Engineering Limited are a telecommunications subcontractor delivering network build services to major networks. Established in 2017, the company deploys engineers around the United Kingdom working on major network builds for copper and fibre projects.

Bureau Janssen was founded in august 2014 by Jan Janssen and focusses on the need of organizations to get in contact with the best matching recruits for their openings. At the same time Bureau Janssen is concerned with talented professionals selecting their best future career steps. Finally, there is also my personal need to do a lovely job: creating meaningful matches between professionals and organizations'​ critical staffing.
