Non è fondamentale avere un’esperienza precedente all’interno dello stesso settore, ma è importante essere direttamente coinvolti nella gestione dell’attività. Burger Wave ha identificato questi tipi di location: - piccole superfici (take away), 40/70 mq. - medie superfici, 80/140 mq. - grandi superfici, oltre i 150 mq. In questo modo è possibile non solo contenere i costi, ma anche riuscire a ricreare la tipica atmosfera “easy going” australiana, vera caratteristica della catena, che rispecchia la filosofia del marchio.
