Así es como desembarcamos en el Parque Industrial Pilar, uno de los parques mas importantes de Latinoamérica, y el mas importante de Argentina; buscando posicionarnos estratégicamente para llevar a cabo nuestro abanico de servicios. En el año 2010 la empresa adquiere un predio de 14 hectareas vecinas al parque industrial. Debido a la demanda de mts2 de naves logísticas la empresa decide construir el CLP(Centro Logistico Pilar). Por la importancia que esta adquiriendo el puerto de Zarate y el fácil acceso del mismo la empresa decide en el año 2015 comprar un predio de 36 hectareas para asi crear el CLZ (Centro Logistico Zarate). El objetivo futuro de la empresa es llegar a tener en el año 2027 300.000mts2 de naves logísticas contruidas.
