Xavier Peytibi trabaja en la consultoría de Antoni Gutiérrez-Rubí, y es organizador de los encuentros Beers&Politics y cocreador de sus proyectos, como la web de discursos, entre otros. Pedro M. Casado es consultor de Asuntos Públicos en Inforpress y director del Máster Universitario en Políticas Públicas de Seguridad y Defensa en la Universidad Camilo José Cela. También organiza los Beers&Politics Madrid. En el resto del equipo de colaboradores de Beerderberg, muy joven, existen nuevos talentos como Ana Polo y Mireia Castelló (Barcelona), Itziar García (San Sebastián), Luis Velasco (Santiago de Compostela), Laura Cardenal (Madrid) o Francesca Parodi (Santiago de Chile).
