Services - Wellbeing Training: The Optimal Leaders Forum is an online platform that offers support and guidance to help individuals manage their own wellbeing through a range of methods including online training. Built on leading research and the solid expertise of founder Bethany Ainsley, our courses offer entrepreneurs and professionals a range of practical and effective solutions for an improved overall wellbeing that is required to reach optimal performance, for success in the workplace and at home. Coaching: I work with my clients to help them achieve their optimal state, with the intention to establish a firm foundation for a successful, healthy and enjoyable life. Using a combination of assessment tools, alongside group or one-to-one coaching, I work with clients to identify specific areas of development. A range of scientific and holistic methods are then used to provide clients with a bespoke Wellbeing Plan and Wellbeing Toolkit. I provide the support and accountability required to help clients feel empowered to reach their goals and aspirations. Wellbeing at Work: We understand that employers want the best for their employees. Often, having tried number of wellbeing activities without gaining the expected participation from employees can be frustrating. However, by working with us you will gain a unique Workplace Wellbeing strategy that is aligned specifically to your organisations values, priorities and long term vision to maximise return on investment.

Bethany Children's Home provides residential services for children and youth who are unable to live with their own or a substitute family. Typically, these young people require more structure, more elaborate programming, and more highly trained staff than is possible in a smaller group setting. Bethany's programming is designed to provide a safe environment to maximize the therapeutic components afforded to the youth. The mission of Bethany Children’s Home is to provide a safe place of nurture, protection, and supportive care to aid our residents in their self-understanding, growth, and healing toward a brighter, healthier future.

Our celebration services are on Saturdays @ 6 PM and Sundays @ 9:30 AM and 11 AM. Each Sunday, this contemporary praise service features vibrant worship and relevant Bible teaching. You will be moved by awesome contemporary music, passionate worship and a bold proclamation of God’s love. Services are held in the BCA worship center. Our Traditions Services are at 9:30 AM and 11 AM and are a worship experience centered around the inspiring hymns and choruses of our faith heritage. Traditions provides a softer Sunday worship experience that includes responsive readings, prayer, and the Sunday sermon via large screen video. Services are held in the BCA chapel.

Bethany for Children & Families is a private child welfare, mental health, community education, and social services provider that has offered aid and support to children and families in western Illinois and eastern Iowa since 1899. The organization staffs a professional team of 70 social workers, licensed counselors, case managers, and educators, directed by a Board of volunteer community leaders. Offering 22 programs and services, Bethany serves over 10,000 children and families annually and its programs and services are accredited by the Council on Accreditation, a nonprofit accreditor of human services.
