Founded by Jon Moulton, Mark Aldridge and Nick Sanders in late 2009, Better Capital LLP ("Better Capital") comprises a small number of experienced and proven turnaround professionals. It is actively seeking investment opportunities in businesses which require restructuring, both operationally and financially. Better Capital is a consultant to the general partners of BECAP Fund LP ("Fund I") and BECAP12 Fund LP ("Fund II") (together the Better Capital Funds). Both Funds I and II are vehicles through which Better Capital PCC Limited, a company listed on London Stock Exchange, invest in to realise its objective of generating attractive total returns from investing in portfolios of distressed businesses (tickers: BCAP.L and BC12.L).
