CML Group serves as a Center for Mastery and Life-long Learning of individuals and organizations.   We co-create skills mastery programs for individuals and life-long learners yielding excellence for enterprises.   Through our transformative programs and services that focus on people, process, and platform, we enable communities to imagine, invent, innovate, incubate, and inspire. In 2014, we established the CML Centre for Mastery and Life-Long Learning (CML), with the same intent to ultimately empower individuals and organizations through our programs and solutions. As we continue to grow, we focus on specific focus areas relevant to diverse client systems. CML Transformative Coaching and Consulting finds its niche as a strong and reliable partner in its holistic and integrative programs and transformative coaching and consulting services. FamK’next Co-Learning MakerSpace and Innovation Lab offers a  safe environment for families and individuals to connect in the spirit of co-creating and learning while nurturing the development of the country with 21st century skills. CML Wellbeing and Psychological Services enables individual and organizational wellbeing through interventions involving licensed professionals in the education and healthcare industries.

The Centre for Mental Health Learning (CMHL) is a Department of Health and Human Services (Victoria) funded centre for mental health workforce learning in Victoria. Our vision is to be the centrepiece for mental health learning in Victoria; leading and driving innovation that strengthens and sustains a flexible, curious, knowledgeable and recovery-focused workforce.

The Centre for Public Scrutiny is a charity devoted to good governance and good decision-making. Our work is about exploring how good governance can be better understood, promoted and brought about in practice. We work with politicians, with academics and other thinkers at national level, with local politicians and those who support their work, and to those who provide services on the ground to work out how decisions can be made in a way that is more accountable, more transparent and which meaningfully involves a wide range of people in particular, the public. The Centre is committed to the development and application of knowledge for the prevention of violence against women and children through promoting innovation, collaboration and equality. We facilitate the collaboration of individuals, groups and institutions representing the diversity of the community to pursue research questions and training opportunities to understand and prevent violence and abuse. Who We Are The Centre for Research on Work Disability Policy (CRWDP) is a transdisciplinary initiative on the future of work disability policy in Canada. Our Objective Illness and disability touch most people at some point over their lifetime. Our objective is to identify how people, when disabled, can be better retained and integrated into the Canadian labour market. Our Primary Activities - Providing a forum for within- and cross-provincial and national dialogue on challenges and opportunities for improving the Canadian work disability policy system; - Identifying problems and challenges associated with program coordination and complexity; - Identifying relevant and favourable alternative approaches to system design and service provision through select comparisons with countries and small scale trials; - Mobilizing knowledge developed within and outside of the initiative in order to inform policy; and - Building capacity for research and knowledge mobilization on the topic of work disability policy and labour-market engagement of individuals with disabilities. Our Three Key Questions 1. How well does the Canadian disability policy system serve the current and emerging needs of working-age individuals when disabled in terms of employment support and opportunities? 2. For which individuals and in what labour-market contexts does our disability policy system work well/not work well and why? 3. What are the key opportunities for policy and program improvement in the short and long run? What Do We Mean By Work Disability Policy By work disability policy, we mean policy related to any federal or provincial or territorial program in Canadian that shapes income security and labour-market engagement for work-disabled individuals. We also include employers in the disability policy system as they play an important role in shaping opportunities for work-disabled individuals and have specific obligations under some programs and legislations.
