1946: Ivo Borghi, father of the current owner, has founded the company "Torrefazione Ghirlandina" in homage to the tower symbol of Modena. 1970: in coincidence with the generational change of ownership, the company became "Torrefazione Borghi Giovanni and the current production plant has been built. Giovanni Borghi, son of the founder, has taken the lead of the company. 2018: 3rd generation, Claudio Borghi, has joined the team. The company operates at regional level with a strong presence in Modena province. Out of home market (bars and restaurants) is joined by the consumer market (families).
