Era il 1937 e quella porta era quella della bottega di Celestino Milani. Questa infinita passione coinvolse irrefrenabilmente anche il giovane figlio Pierluigi. A lui, Celestino, tramandò i segreti della tostatura e delle ricette delle miscele: un prezioso tesoro conservato gelosamente fino ad oggi. Il suo caffè fu presto un riferimento in tutta la città e oltre. Le ragioni di questo meritato successo? Semplicemente linfinita passione di Celestino. Passione che si esprime nella accurata selezione delle varietà di caffè più pregiate, importate direttamente dai luoghi dorigine, e in unattenzione quasi maniacale anche nella tostatura e naturalmente una sapiente miscelazione.
