Cooperative Educational Service Agency 10 (CESA 10) is in business to serve educators and students. CESA 10 is committed to providing high-quality services to districts in the areas of leadership, consultation, professional learning, facilities management, and specialized personnel who work directly with students. CESA 10 services are tailored to meet the needs of member districts. In that regard, the agency provides leadership and assistance to districts as they implement state and federal initiatives and as they work to meet guidelines set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and the United States Department of Education. CESA 10 employees are committed to the belief that collaboration is the key to school success in rural Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide visionary leadership and cost-effective services to maximize learning opportunities and school effectiveness.

The Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 2 is one of twelve educational service agencies in the state of Wisconsin. Nineteen CESAs were formed in 1963 by the state legislature. In 1985, CESAs were reduced to twelve and the regions have continued to serve their local school districts since that time. CESA 2 serves 74 school districts in southern Wisconsin. The districts are very diverse as there are K-8, high school, and K-12 districts. District enrollments vary from 90 – 27,0000. The needs of districts vary greatly as well. Services offered by CESA 2 include literacy, numeracy, Title I, special education, systems coaching/planning, instructional coaching, and more. CESA 2 also offers programs that create efficiencies and savings for districts. Examples include driver’s education and cooperative purchasing. CESA 2 also operates Vocational Opportunities Assistance (VOA) for adults with disabilities and the Jefferson County Head Start.
