Established in 1957 the Chamber of Commerce NT is the largest employer association in the Northern Territory. An independent, not-for-profit and non-government body - our membership and offices span the Territory. We are proud to provide our Members and the Northern Territory business community an effective platform for lobbying on the issues that impact upon business, whilst providing services and support to business in a number of key areas including industrial relations, training, employment, education and training advice, networking and premier business events. The Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory is governed by a Board of Directors and has both a General Council and Regional Executive Council in each region of the Northern Territory ensuring our Members have direct influence and control in the lobbying platforms and policies of the Chamber in addition to ensuring the service provided meet expectations of business in the Northern Territory. The Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) is the professional body in charge of organizing, coordinating and authorizing the financial audit activity in Romania. The Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) was established by means of Government Ordinance no. 75/1999 concerning the financial audit. The mission of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CFAR) is to build the identity and the public recognition of the financial audit profession in Romania, targeting the sustainable development of the profession and its strengthening. At present, in Romania, the Chamber of Financial Auditors is the professional body which organizes, coordinates and authorizes financial audit activities, overseen by the Council for the Public Oversight of the Accounting Profession (CSIPPC). CAFR main activities include: Awarding the financial auditor qualification, in compliance with the law and with the Chambers regulations Continuous professional training Professional training for trainees and organizing the examinations required to enter the profession Providing services to members, in order to support them in their activity Controlling and overseeing the activity of Chambers members Developing domestic and international relations with institutions, professional bodies (PAOs) and the business environment. CAFR is a full member in the International Federation of Francophone Expert Accountants (FIDEF), in the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and in the European Federation of Accountants (FEE). Also, CAFR is an institutional member of the International Association for Accounting Education and Research (IAAER). CAFR is represented in IFACs Professional Accountancy Organizations Development Committee and also in the FEE working parties (Audit Working Party, Capital Markets Working Party, Qualification and Market Access Working Party, Professional Ethics Working Party etc.).

The Düsseldorf Region is a top-class international business center. More than 2500 international businesses, representing many countries and various branches, have chosen our Chamber district as the place for their European headquarters or German subsidiaries. More than one third of the total turnover by the manufacturing industry in the Chamber district is generated on international markets. Within the whole German foreign trade volume, the Düsseldorf Region has a share of approx. 15 %.
