Charge is an incubator program that equips startups with the tools, knowledge, and network they need to succeed. Our vision is to empower underrepresented founders and foster diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship. Charge currently runs four core programs: Changemaker – A hands-on program that helps early-stage entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses through mentorship, training, and networking. LEAP – A 3-month online program designed to help underrepresented founders raise capital by providing relevant expertise and knowledge. BSR Go Abroad – The objective of BSR Go Abroad is to increase the resilience of Baltic Sea Region micro SMEs and the Baltic Sea Region, by stimulating increased trade and collaboration within the Baltic Sea Region. This will be done by providing micro SMEs with the knowledge, tools, and network to execute effectful internationalisation strategies and build strong local value chains within the Baltic Sea Region. The project will pilot an internationalisation programme for micro SMEs, that will have as its output a blueprint of tools and recommendations on how to increase and support local trade and value chain cooperations among micro SMEs in the BSR. The blueprint will then be transferred to and used by the micro SMEs themselves, business development organisations and business development departments of local authorities in the Baltic Sea geography. The project will support 250 SMEs throughout the project. BSR Go Abroad is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme. Charge Fremtiden – A youth-focused program that introduces students to sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Through interactive workshops, students develop problem-solving skills, explore innovation, and learn the fundamentals of building a socially responsible business.

The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. is a non profit, charitable organization that was established in 1993 by professionals who had worked with individuals with CHARGE syndrome and by parents of children with CHARGE syndrome. The Foundation is governed by a Board composed of 12 members. The Board is unique because the majority of the Board must be comprised of individuals who have a family member with CHARGE syndrome. Special advisors to the Board provide assistance in program development. The day to day management of the Foundation is carried out by the officers.

We support and advocate for Air Quality improvements and the Hong Kong Environment, primarily focussing on the benefits that environmentally friendly vehicles can bring. We provide an organisation to centralise and co-ordinate the activities of Electric Vehicle owners and Enthusiasts in Hong Kong. We organise social communications, and meet regularly, to discuss and exchange ideas regarding our Electric Vehicles and the environment of Hong Kong. We represent the collective views of our membership to manufacturers, charging networks, the press, and the government. Our goals here are to make it easier to own/operate an electric vehicle. This involves topics such as public charging networks, home/workplace charging, manufacturer model availability, fair pricing, government incentives, and overall education in the benefits seen when owning/operating an electric vehicle in Hong Kong.
