Le Château de Saint-Martory est un monument de la Renaissance situé au coeur du Comminges, en Haute Garonne, à 45 minutes du centre de Toulouse et de l’aéroport de Blagnac via l’A64. La propriété s’étend sur 40 hectares, en grande partie boisés. Elle est bordée par la Garonne et offre des vues superbes des Pyrénées. Il s’agit d’un lieu propice pour journées d’études ou séminaires résidentiels misant sur le dépaysement, le retour aux sources et un contact fort avec la nature à l’état sauvage. Un lieu qui provoque l’inspiration de tous les participants. La sécurité sanitaire est aussi un des points forts du Château de Saint-Martory car la propriété est toujours privatisée quelque soit la taille du groupe et qu’il est possible d’y accueillir près de 50 personnes en respectant la distanciation sociale pendant les réunions et les repas. En termes d’espaces de réunion, le domaine comprend d’un côté le Chateau du XVI ème siècle et ses quatre salles de travail et de l’autre, à 150 mètres de distance, la grande salle de réception de la métairie et le préau, ce qui le rend parfaitement modulable selon la taille et les objectifs de chaque groupe. Tous les équipements nécessaires pour la bonne tenue d’un séminaire sont disponibles sans frais. En ce qui concerne l’hébergement, 7 suites sont disponibles au chateau et 3 chambres avec 2 salles de bain à la métairie. 10 chambres additionnelles sont disponibles dans 2 maisons de charme au sein village et un service de navette est proposé. L’équipe du château a développé au fil des années un grand nombre de propositions d’activités, ludiques, sportives ou gastronomiques qui se démarquent de la concurrence par leur authenticité et simplicité. Une course en vélo électrique dans les petites Pyrénées, un tournoi de tir à l’arc ou une dégustation de vins et fromages en guise de team building ultime (le soir) en sont quelques exemples. Le Château de Saint-Martory offre à ses visiteurs un dépaysement garanti et une expérience unique.

C'est un site unique, attesté depuis la fin du XVIe siècle, autour d'un château remarquablement restauré. Le vignoble de 60 ha (sur 200 ha au total), en conversion biologique, comprend des terroirs qualitatifs diversifiés : un découpage parcellaire a été établi pour favoriser une viticulture agro-écologique de précision et permettre la définition de vins identitaires. Les rouges dominent, en merlot essentiellement, mais les l'encépagement évolue pour un meilleur équilibre avec les blancs. Le domaine est dirigé par Sébastien Jacquey, formé en Bourgogne, adepte d'une approche très vigneronne. ------- Sours is a unique site, whose existence at the end of the 16th century has been documented, and the location of a remarkably well-restored chateau. Its 60 hectares of vineyards, out of a total of 200 hectares, are currently in the process of converting to organic growing. As it boasts a variety of high-quality terroirs, a parcelling of the vineyards has been drawn up to enable the use of precision agroecological viticulture and the crafting of wines with a distinctive character. The red grapes, primarily Merlot, currently dominate the mix of grape varieties planted but this is being evolved to create a better balance with the whites. The estate is managed by Sébastien Jacquey. Sébastien, who obtained his training in Burgundy, believes in a vigneron approach to winemaking.
