¡Atrévete al cambio! Estaba pensando qué contar en estas líneas y qué mejor que contarte mi propia experiencia. Yo también temí el cambio. Salir de la “zona cómoda”, aunque ésta no fuera agradable. Generalmente “te da miedo”. No sabía que me ocurría, pero en mi interior sentía que las cosas estaban descolocadas. Principalmente porque no encontraba paz interior. Pero claro, salir de la “zona cómoda” requiere cambios, valor y mucho compromiso. ¿Has escuchado alguna vez eso de: “Si quieres resultados diferentes, haz cosas diferentes”? Un día me dije: –¡Basta!– y a pesar de los miedos “di el GRAN paso”. El momento es AHORA. Es lo que hay. Yo lo di y tu lo puedes dar en este instante. Los cambios vienen desde dentro. Nada ni nadie de fuera va a cambiar tu estado interior. Solo tu tienes ese poder. A veces creemos que cuando llegue el trabajo adecuado, la pareja perfecta, el viaje perfecto, cuando tenga dinero o tenga mejor salud, entonces y solo entonces “seré feliz”. Por favor, ¡toma conciencia!. ¿No te ha pasado alguna vez que ha llegado ese estado deseado y no has sido más feliz que antes?. Incluso lo cuestionas... La felicidad es un estado interior. Y es desde ese estado interior desde el cual puedes llegar a sentir paz y agradecimiento por todo lo que te rodea, agudizar la creatividad y ver oportunidades. También entendí que esto no acaba aquí. Sigo dando pasos para sentirme más en mi Ser. Al fin y al cabo para eso estamos aquí, para aprender a ser mejores personas, conseguir la paz interior y crear un mundo mejor. AHORA, quiero acompañarte, para que pierdas esos miedos, te empoderes. Quiero hacerte entender que hay más opciones que las que ves en este momento. Que podrás vivir una vida plena.
