Childhood Cancer Survivor Canada (CCSC) is a not for profit organization dedicated to the needs of childhood cancer survivors. Many of whom are faced with challenges for life that are a result of their cancer treatment as children. Through our team of experienced survivors and experts, and access to a wide network of healthcare providers, we empower survivors to live their best life possible by providing education, health resources, and a community that finally gets it. At CCSC we know that surviving doesn't always mean thriving, but we're here to change that.

ChildKind is a global initiative aimed at reducing pain and unnecessary suffering in children by offering a special designation to those facilities that have demonstrated an institutional commitment to pain relief and by providing the technical support to achieve that goal. The ChildKind initiative was conceived by the Special Interest Group on Pain in Childhood of the International Association for the Study of Pain to reduce pain in children by formally recognizing healthcare facilities that have made an institutional commitment to providing pain relief. If a hospital can provide evidence that it has made such a commitment and has in place policies, protocols, quality audits, and ongoing educational activities that address pain, it can apply for designation as “A ChildKind Hospital”. This designation, endorsed by ten international organizations, is testimony to the fact that the hospital has made the comfort of those for whom it provides care, a foundational value. In addition to formally recognizing institutions, ChildKind maintains a website that offers evidence-informed policies, protocols, and educational materials so that lack of access to up-to-date information will not preclude the provision of appropriate pain relief. Childlife is a UK charity raising funds for four charities supporting 1000's of children accross the country. Our four member charities are Acorns Children's Hospice, Ataxia UK, National Deaf Children's Society and NCB. We raise funds through payroll giving and regular donations by direct debits, as well as cash donations.

Childlife Foundation was born of the idea to respond to the need for proper pediatric care and partner with Government hospitals, Private facilities and other NGOs’. The most practical and the quickest way to make an impact were to facilitate the larger government pediatric units and manage them as a public/ private initiative. This would include but not limited to complete renovationof pre-existing facilities and provision of essential supplies, human resource and system. Childlife Foundation is currently catering to approximately 9,000 patients on a monthly basis at the Civil Hospital Emergency Unit. More than 105,000 sickest and poorest children have been taken care of since November 2011. The foundation has already signed an MOU with the government of Sindh to renovate and manage the emergency room at National Institute of Child Health. This largest children’s facility in Pakistan will then have more than doubled its capacity to a 70 bedded operation. Childlife shall then cater to more than 12,000 patients on a monthly basis.

Childnet International is a UK charity that aims to make the internet a great and safe place for children and young people. Childnet delivers a wide range of activity to promote the safe and responsible use of technology: • develops new educational resources for children, parents and carers, and teachers and other professionals, to meet emerging trends in the fast-changing online environment. • delivers education sessions for children, parents, carers, teachers and other professionals • shapes policy at school, industry and government level, both in the UK and internationally • facilitates youth panels to give young people a voice on these issues • coordinates Safer Internet Day in the UK, as part of its work as one of the partners in the UK Safer Internet Centre.

Children & the Arts believes that every child has the right to be inspired the arts. The charitys UK wide arts engagement programmes work with deprived children from areas of social and economic disadvantage by building partnerships between their schools and local cultural venues. The charity takes children on a journey into their local arts venue and unlocks the arts for those who need to be inspired by them the most, raising childrens self-esteem and confidence, and nurturing their communication skills. Through the work of Children & the Arts, children learn that cultural venues are welcoming, accessible places to visit. Since 2006 Children & the Arts has introduced over 300,000 children to life-changing arts experiences.

Children At Play Early Intervention Center (CAP) opened its doors to the Staten Island community in 1989 to provide services for children with special needs. Since then CAP expanded programs to include preschool, evaluations, related services, and special education itinerant services. Most recently in 2017 CAP further expanded to include waiver services such as Self Direction and respite services for children and adults. Children At Play is committed to providing each student and participant with a unique and individualized experience that will lay the foundation for their future as capable and productive adult members of their community.
