OTP will be sent to verify your mobile number. Users can also sign in using just OTP if the passcode was forgotten. We have configured the basket to be in sync with all our apps. So if you add to basket on the web, you can access it on mobile apps and vice versa. We are using different baskets for stores, so in between different locations, you can order seamlessly. We closely monitor inventory, so that not even a single order gets canceled or altered at the time of checkout and we do this with automation and live inventory tracking.
