Property Management: Chintaro keeps the details of tradespeople, creates work orders and sends them via email. It will schedule and manage your property inspections, track cyclical maintenance and provide full property inventories. Finance Management: Chintaro is built around transactional tenancy and property ledgers. The software includes automated rent payments from Centrepay/WINZ and all banking institutions, strong arrears and arrangement management with detailed maintenance costing. IT Management: Chintaro is compatible with any Windows operating system environment, be it a single or multi user system. Chintaro can run across a Local Area Network, and can also run in Citrix and Terminal Server environments. A SQL Server based version of Chintaro is available.
