The ICT Research and Development Center CINTEL, is the Technology Development Center of the industry of Information and Communication Technologies in Colombia, with wide experience and recognition nationally and in Latin America. Our objectives include: the study and analysis of emerging technology trends and their dissemination and implementation; providing spaces open to all sector actors for discussion and analysis of economic, market, social, political and technology issues affecting the industry development; promoting projects of the sector’s interest; promoting the use of specialized technical assistance; and providing information on ICT development in the country and the world. ------- El Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo en TIC - CINTEL es el Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico de la industria de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones en Colombia, con amplia experiencia y reconocimiento nacional y en América Latina. Entre nuestros objetivos se encuentran: estudiar y asimilar las tendencias tecnológicas emergentes con el propósito de divulgarlas y analizar su implementación; ofrecer espacios abiertos a todos los actores del sector para que se discutan y analicen los aspectos económicos, de mercado, sociales, políticos y tecnológicos que afectan o influyen en el desarrollo de la industria; promover el desarrollo de proyectos de interés sectorial; proveer asistencia técnica especializada; y divulgar el estado de las TIC en el país y en el mundo.
