The school, named after Claudio Abbado in June 2014, offers a wide range of professional, technical, introductory and amateur courses for all ages (from pre-school to post-graduate), taking into account different languages, repertoires and professional fields. All students take part in a vast selection of ensemble and orchestra events. The school awards AFAM degrees, equivalent to university-level qualifications.
