Since 1877, students have been graduating from the Columbus School District in Columbus, Wisconsin. Currently, this district encompasses an area of approximately 135 miles in Columbia, Dodge, and Dane counties. Located in South Central Wisconsin, the Columbus School District is approximately 70 miles northwest of Milwaukee, 25 miles northeast of Madison, and 30 miles southeast of Portage. The Columbus School District is comprised of the City of Columbus and ten surrounding townships; the Towns of Columbus, Hampden, Otsego, and Fountain Prairie in Columbia County; the Towns of Elba, Calamus, Portland, and Lowell in Dodge County; and Bristol and York in Dane County. Columbus School District is governed by a Board of seven elected members.

In Central Ohio, there is only one place designed specifically for girls in preschool through grade 12—only one place where each girl can discover her true voice and embrace her full potential. Founded in 1898 and located just east of downtown Columbus in Bexley, CSG is an independent college preparatory school accredited by the Independent Schools of the Central States (ISACS). CSCA is a nonprofit professionals organization devoted to elevating the standard of communications within Central Ohio and to promote a better understanding of the context and function of the visual arts in commerce, industry, education, and the community.

Acerinox, S.A. (Spain), a major international stainless producing Group holds a 76% shareholding in Columbus Stainless (Pty) Ltd. The balance of the shares, (24%), are held by the IDC (Industrial Development Corporation). Columbus Stainless is situated in Middelburg in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. Our plant is a technologically advanced, fully integrated, single-site operation. This gives us flexibility to adjust quickly to changes in the market. We have created a modern, efficient stainless steel production facility that meets the changing demands of users in the domestic market and around the world. With a wide range of products in Austenitic, Ferritic, Utility and Duplex grades produced in our plant in Middelburg we are able to offer a variety of grades of stainless steel suitable for most applications. Backed by sound technical support, we are also able to make recommendations on correct material selection as part of our customer support process. Our exported products are channelled through a well-developed network of agents and group sales outlets operating in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and the Far East. In addition, we trade directly to a number of end user and some re-roller customers
