ABOUT US: The Community Broadcasting Foundation is an independent non-profit funding agency that seeks, secures and distributes funding to support the development, creativity and sustainability of community broadcasting in Australia. We have given away more than $200 million since our establishment in 1984, to secure the future of grass roots, local media. Community broadcasting involves participation in non-profit media which is committed to access, diversity, independence, localism, multiculturalism, and social justice. This reflects the 20,000+ volunteers Australia-wide that help make community radio and TV possible for the more than five million listeners each week.

Serving Northeastern Ohio’s Medical Transportation Needs Community Care Ambulance provides multi-tiered medical transportation services for Northeastern Ohio, bordering along beautiful Lake Erie, CCA is one of the largest providers in the area. CCA is a primary 911 provider for local area municipalities. The company employs the most advanced technology to assure the quickest response for someone in need of emergent or non-emergent medical transportation services. Experience Serving Multiple Healthcare Systems Created as a not-for-profit to serve the transportation needs of the healthcare community, CCA has grown to be the largest medical transportation organization in the Northeast Ohio area with extensive experience in serving multiple healthcare systems with ambulance, wheelchair and shuttle services; municipal 911 contracts; free standing emergency rooms, urgent care centers, and nursing facilities. Although bigger is not always better, CCA has significantly grown in scope and resources over the decades while at the same time enhancing our clinical expertise and quality through dedicated performance improvement programs.

Community Care Durham (CCD), established in 1977, is a multi-service registered charitable organization. We provide community support to more than 12,000 adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. Our services are provided free of charge or for a minimal fee and are administered through various service locations serving the communities of: Ajax, Brock, Clarington, Oshawa, Pickering, Scugog, Uxbridge and Whitby. Focusing on the needs of our clients, Community Care Durham continues to lead in the transformation and strengthening of community health excellence. With a network of community support, CCD enriches our client's well-being and their quality of life with independence and dignity.

Community Care Network is a Melbourne-based initiative founded by young Muslims set out to bring more charities together, through various organisations including Benevolence Australia, Mosquito Foundation, Islamic Council of Victoria and The Halal Food Bank creating opportunities for the community to help those in need.

Community Care of West Virginia (CCWV) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in central West Virginia. Our fifteen (15) community health center locations, fifty-three (53) school-based health sites, eight (8) 340(b) pharmacies, and one (1) dental office employ a dynamic team of health professionals including MDs, DOs, FNPs, PA-Cs, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, LICSWs, LCSWs, LGSWs, RPHs, and DDSs.
