Community Futures Thompson Country (CFTC) is the most important small business development organization in the region. Their experts offer local assistance from 34 offices throughout rural BC. They have a wide variety of services and tools available to help entrepreneurs and small business owners achieve their goals, including business support services, business planning advice, loans, and self-employment assistance. Compared with other traditional source financing options, the businesses of Community Futures clients grow faster and last longer. CFTC provides financing alternatives to small and medium enterprises when access to credit is a challenge to starting or growing their business. They are different than a bank and use different lending criteria. They focus on rural development and providing business financing to small local businesses. CFTC is a non-profit community business financing organization created to support small and medium sized enterprises throughout rural BC, paving the way for diversified local economies and job creation. In 2013, the 34 Community Futures offices in British Columbia gave out more than 600 loans totaling $32 million, which helped create or maintain 2,800 jobs in B.C. Community Futures Manitoba Inc. (CFM) is an association representing 16 Community Future organizations (CFs) established throughout rural and northern Manitoba. The Community Futures Manitoba Board of Directors is comprised of one representative from each of these organizations. Community Futures operates across rural and Northern Canada as a grassroots-driven program created to strengthen rural economies by enabling entrepreneurship and assisting in community economic development. There are 16 Community Futures organizations (CFs) established throughout rural and northern Manitoba. The goal of each CF is to assist the communities in their region to develop their economic potential. To this end, CFs work with communities and their agencies and organizations to: Develop long term community economic development strategies and plans Coordinate resources to implement development plans Promote the region and its economic opportunities. CFs further support the local economic development process by assisting area entrepreneurs with: Preparing and assessing business plans Providing business and market information Providing business loans: Standard Loan (up to $150,000) Entrepreneurs with Disabilities (up to $150,000)

Gatepaths mission is to empower people with special needs to achieve their full potential through innovative, inclusive programs and community partnerships. Community Golf CIC is a not-for-profit organisation 'taking golf into the community'. Our Vision A belief that there should be no barriers so that everyone has the opportunity to play golf and access the health and social benefits that the sport provides. Our Mission To engage with specific groups of the community to facilitate fitness and activity using golf as the vehicle. The low impact intensity of golf means that it can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of ability or previous experience. Our Goals To remove all barriers by providing disadvantaged and inactive people with the opportunity to be active through our programmes. To initiate participation to increase personal physical activity involvement through our activation. To guide participants towards a greater level of regular engagement. To improve peoples individual sense of physical and mental wellbeing. To reduce isolation and promote social inclusion. COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA is a medical practice company based out of 138 SOUTH MAIN STREET, AFTON, Oklahoma, United States.

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is a federally qualified patient-centered health center dedicated to providing quality health care to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Originally opened by Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center as an extension of its mission, it is now a patient-owned and operated organization serving more than 50,000 children and adults annually. The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas employs more than 700 professionals and support staff at 18 locations throughout Crawford, Cherokee, Labette, Linn, Montgomery, Allen and Bourbon counties, and Ottawa County in Oklahoma.  The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors which includes patients and community representatives. Medicare, Medicaid, KanCare and private insurance are accepted. Discounted rates for services are available for those meeting financial assistance guidelines. No-one is refused care due to inability to pay.
